• Develop and prioritize optimization recommendations, ranging from workflow redesign to technology adoption.
• Design and implement improvement initiatives, monitoring their impact on key performance indicators such as delivery speed, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including operations, technology, finance, and customer service — to align solutions with business objectives.
• Establish control mechanisms and dashboards to track the effectiveness of implemented changes, conducting regular reviews and adjustments.

Required Experience and Skills
