About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative company at a critical stage of its development in Indonesia. You will serve as the indispensable right-hand to the Group CEO, managing complex schedules, high-level correspondence, and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Beyond executive support, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day management of the Surabaya office, ensuring a productive and professional environment for our expanding team.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and events with precision and foresight.
- Handle high-level correspondence, including drafting, editing, and managing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including research, report preparation, and information management.
- Oversee the Surabaya office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, meetings, and site visits.
- Maintain and manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support the CEO and the local team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a senior executive assistant or office manager role, ideally within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management systems.
- Experience managing office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships is highly desirable.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
