OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Adaro Energy seeks a dedicatedOperation Supervisor to lead pumping activities in South Kalimantan, ensuring efficient operations aligned with safety and production goals. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing pumping tasks to achieve zero incidents, maintain 80% compliance with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP), and consistently meet 100% of production targets for each pump. The supervisor will drive a culture of safety and operational excellence while optimizing resource utilization.

About the Role

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of pumping operations within the specified location. This includes developing operational plans, scheduling activities, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions to ensure all activities are conducted safely and efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct pumping activities to achieve operational targets and safety objectives.
• Ensure all pumping operations comply with established safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on SMKP compliance rates, aiming to maintain or exceed the 80% benchmark.
• Track production performance against set targets, ensuring 100% achievement for each pump.
• Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising pumping operations or similar industrial processes.
• Strong understanding of safety management systems, particularly SMKP principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices for pumping operations.
• Previous experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment is advantageous.
