Operator Produksi Solok

PT JayaLingga Komindo is seeking a dedicated Operator Produksi to join our team in Solok, West Sumatra. This role is crucial for supporting our production operations and ensuring efficient, high-quality output. The Operator Produksi will play a key part in maintaining smooth workflow and contributing to the company's manufacturing goals within the Solok facility.

About the Role

The Operator Produksi will be responsible for the hands-on execution of production tasks under the guidance of the production team. This position involves direct involvement in the manufacturing process, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of production runs, including material handling and setup.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and report any deviations or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the production area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SMK (Vocational School) or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
