Cost Control - Warehouse (Surabaya)

About the Role

The Cost Control - Warehouse position involves overseeing the entire procurement process for consumable materials required by the warehouse. This includes sourcing, ordering, receiving, and managing inventory levels to guarantee uninterrupted production and fulfillment. A core responsibility is the meticulous planning and execution of shipments to destination warehouses, demanding precision to ensure deliveries arrive on time and accurately, minimizing delays and associated costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of warehouse consumables, ensuring alignment with operational needs and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reducing holding costs and stockouts.
• Plan and coordinate shipment logistics to destination warehouses, prioritizing timeliness and accuracy.
• Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities and shipment performance.
