This position requires a proactive approach to building talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. * Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit against job requirements. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. * Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates. * Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related recruitment role. * Proven ability to source candidates effectively using multiple methods. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers. * Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
